BlossomAds provides AI-powered optimization for Google Ads: recommendations, scoring, and tools to apply changes. You remain responsible for your Google Ads account and any changes you approve. We do not guarantee specific results.
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and comply with Google Ads policies and applicable laws. You may not misuse the service or attempt to access other users' data.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue or data arising from use of the service.
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
BlossomAds and its underlying technology are owned by us. Your ad data and content remain yours. You grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely to provide the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email where appropriate.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
